I want to help you in your search to lead a healthier life. My role is to help you reach your goals. I have made exercise and nutrition an important part of my life and I want to share what I know with you. When good health is your goal, then long-term weight loss and fitness will follow. I believe in setting goals and seeing results, whether it’s to improve your overall conditioning, entering your first 5k race, or just looking and feeling great. My objective is to provide you with a safe, effective, and enjoyable workout, built upon a foundation of encouragement and education, designed to meet your specific fitness goals. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I have over 14 years of experience training clients in a hospital-based fitness/rehabilitation program. I have been a Paramedic for the past 25 years and certified in Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support (ACLS & BLS/AED)

I train all ages but I have specialized in the over 40 Women and Men age groups in the past few years who have seen fantastic results.
I have been training several clients with MS who have amazing drive and have been building strength and maintaining balance.
I co-own a 6000 sq. ft. personal training center in the Spring Klien area.

Prior to creating Fitness 101, Sean served as personal training director for Powerhouse Gym, a locally owned franchise; he held the position from 1999-2001. Sean began his 10-year fitness career with the Cypress Creek YMCA in 1997. He held jobs in the weight room and “First-Step” exercise room until becoming a certified personal trainer in 1998. Sean also spent two years with Serious Fitness, a private personal training studio, as a personal trainer.
Sean received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston Downtown. He has also received a Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise.
